About the Artist
Hi, I’m Nadia. Since I was little, I’ve always believed there was magic in the world. Every time I walked in the woods, I searched for signs of fairies, gnomes, spirits, and every little thing that made me dream. When I moved to the United States (I was born and raised in Italy), I fell in love with Halloween, but… I’m not a fan of scary things! So smiling pumpkins, skulls, and ghosts became part of my magical world.
The Smiling Pumpkin was born from a desire: to combine my vision of this whimsical magical world with my passion for stationery. Each product is designed and crafted by me in my small studio in Virginia. My hope is that the characters I draw and the products I create bring a touch of magic to everyday life and convey comfort and joy.
